Williams HR Solutions will review and develop organization structures and chart designs which assist in identifying appropriate positions, consistent job titles, reporting relationships, and which ensure that job structures support business strategies.

Wage and Salary Administration
Utilizing a dual approach to compensation, that of internal equity and external market competitiveness, Williams HR Solutions will assist your organization in all phases of the process...from developing job descriptions and evaluating the relative worth of your positions through the EquiVal System, to reviewing market information and recommending competitive wages and salaries...we can provide expertise to facilitate the project and assist in the communication to your Board of Directors, management and staff.

Performance Management
Our experience has shown that performance appraisal systems often fail because organizations use the wrong tool or don't provide adequate training for their managers and supervisors. Our approach is to emphasize the training aspects of the program and work individually with managers to develop appropriate measurement criteria which is job-related and job-specific. Helping to determine the relationship of performance results to your pay system is our specialty!

Policies and Practices
Williams HR Solutions has assisted a host of clients in developing their personnel policies and practices. We strive to cover all aspects of the employment exchange and develop a Policy Manual or Employee Handbook which provides all relevant policies, opportunities, benefits descriptions, and other information to employees in easy-to-understand language.

Employment Law Adherence
Developing Affirmative Action Plans for our 'government contractor' clients represents a large portion of our practice. Many of these plans have been audited by the OFCCP and found to be prepared in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Williams HR Solutions can also assist with adherence to other employment law issues which you face every day. However, when you need professional legal advice, we will recommend that you contact your organization's legal counsel.

Maintenance and Outsourcing
Protecting your investment in Williams HR Solutions programs is important. We always include a training component to ensure ongoing maintenance. However, outsourcing services and annual updates are available for clients who desire to save time and hold their human resource staffing levels and workloads to a minimum. Financial clients are invited to join our HR Network to receive periodic updates, attend an annual human resource conference, and obtain program maintenance services. Some clients outsource their annual Affirmative Action Plan update with us.
