Casey Salyards is the primary contact for all human resource consulting services provided by Williams HR Solutions, LLC.

Casey began her career in human resource consulting with L. R. Webber Associates, Inc. in 2004. In 2007, she joined and assisted Sally Williams as Sally formed her own human resource consulting practice, Webber HR Solutions, renamed Williams HR Solutions in 2014. Together they developed, managed, and maintained numerous human resource consulting projects and programs, serving clients in Pennsylvania and other neighboring states with an unwavering commitment to service excellence. When Sally retired on March 31, 2020, Casey became the primary consultant for Williams HR Solutions.

Casey is a 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. She earned her Master of Human Resource Management degree from Saint Francis University in 2005. Casey maintains ongoing professional certifications with the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), as well as the Certified Professional designation with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Casey also maintains memberships with the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the local affiliate of SHRM, Central Keystone Valley HR Professionals, to remain current with all human resource management issues and employment laws.

After 44 years in the Human Resource profession, and 13 years operating Williams HR Solutions, Sally Williams retired on March 31, 2020.
